Reporting directly to ownership, SixteenFifty helped create the full brand experience, look and feel, marketing and back of house training program that helped make the $500 million Rivers Casino in Chicago the most successful casino opening ever in the state of Illinois.

Beginning in the pre-development stage, the branding and strategy was established and locked in by SixteenFifty, paving the way for a $6 million pre-opening advertising campaign that included TV, Radio, Outdoor and Print, and introduced the casino to the market – a market that was rife with strong competitors. With a host of on-point Food & Beverage concepts created by SixteenFifty plus a dynamic and effective team member training program and rollout strategy to round out the initial brand offerings, Rivers Chicago rolled the dice and continues to dominate the Chicago market.
